Working for much of my life in the male dominated auto industry, it is clear that there is a strong bias against women, and that is ironic considering women directly or indirectly are responsible for over 68% of the vehicles purchased and 65% of new tire purchases.
It's time to stop representing women in the media as one dimensional "Barbie"figures and start recognizing them for their talent, business acumen and the true value they offer our industry and our country.
